What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name and email address, and your phone number if you choose to add it. We also store the business details and documents you create, because that is the service.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, browsing history, or financial account details. We do not sell your information to anyone.

How we use it

To run your account, to produce your documents, and to send you service messages such as sign-in codes and occasional updates about the product. You can opt out of non-essential email at any time.

Security

Your connection to Cheapa Docs is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.

Your documents

Documents you share produce a public link. Anyone holding that link can view that document, so share it only with the people you intend.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. See Delete your account for the steps and what is removed.
