Is Cheapa Docs really free?

Yes. You can create, download and share documents at no cost.

Do I need to install an app?

No. It works in your phone browser. You can also add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.

Can I put my logo and signature on documents?

Yes. Add them once in Settings → Manage Profile and they appear on your documents. You can switch them on or off per document.

Can I add a stamp?

Yes. A circular stamp is generated from your business name. Choose the word, colour and style in Manage Profile, then switch it on for any document.

How do I send a document to a customer?

Open the document and tap Share. You can send it straight to WhatsApp, or download a PDF.

Can my customer open the link without an account?

Yes. Share links are public and need no account or app.

Which currency does it use?

Your business chooses its own default currency in Manage Profile, and an individual document can use a different one.

Can I track stock?

Yes. Add products with prices and quantities, then pick them when making a receipt. Confirmed sales reduce stock automatically.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, at any time from Settings. Your account is scheduled for deletion in 30 days and you can restore it by signing back in.
